Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients:

1 tbsp butter

1/2 lb. cheddar

1 pinch salt

3 cups water

2 cups milk

2 cups macaroni

1 pinch pepper

Method:

Heat the water in a large pot until it boils.  Pour the macaroni in the pot.  Stir occasionally for 5-6 minutes or until macaroni is soft.  Turn off the heat and drain the water from the pot. Add butter and stir it together with the macaroni.  Pour the milk on the macaroni and butter and then add the cheese.  Stir all the ingredients together until macaroni is sticky and sprinkle with salt and pepper.  It serves 4 people.
